Terms of Service

This is a draft and is not final. It will be reviewed and published in final form before subscriptions open. For $MISHKIT vouchers, see section 8 below and the separate Voucher Terms.

1. The service

JACK OF ALL TRADES is software that runs trading strategies on accounts you own and control. Every account starts in paper (simulated) mode. Live trading is optional and only runs when you connect your own venue account and turn it on.

2. No advice, no promises

Nothing we provide is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The software has no proven edge. We make no promise of profit or performance, and you can lose money, including all funds in a connected account. Simulated or past results do not predict future results.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your accounts, your keys, your risk settings, and every trade the software places for you. You must use API keys that are trading-only with withdrawals disabled, follow each venue's terms, and confirm that trading is legal where you live.

4. Custody

We never hold your funds and never need withdrawal permissions.

5. Trial, billing, and cancellation

A 7-day free trial runs in paper mode. After that, live auto-trading costs $30/month, billed monthly once subscriptions open. You can cancel anytime. Refund policy: TBD.

6. Availability

Venue adapters may be unavailable, changed, or withdrawn at any time, including because a venue changes its API or rules. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages. Final wording: TBD (pending legal review).

8. $MISHKIT pre-launch vouchers

What a voucher is. A $MISHKIT voucher is a record that you paid 0.01 SOL to the official pre-launch wallet (6LsLDBHgnhBujCehTCojocvwGHGex5mnsed5ujUgHfNK) before the $MISHKIT token launched. SOL only. You receive one voucher per full 0.01 SOL received.

1:1. Each voucher is for exactly 1 $MISHKIT token.

Delivery. Tokens are delivered as soon as $MISHKIT launches, to the wallet that paid. The target launch date is November 25, 2026.

Refund if launch slips. If $MISHKIT has not launched by November 25, 2026 for any reason, every recorded voucher payment will be refunded in full, in SOL, to the wallet that sent it, at that time.

No advice, no guarantees, not an investment. Voucher buyers are supporters of the project. Nothing here is financial advice. A voucher carries no guarantee of value, price, or returns, and we cannot guarantee the coin will make anybody money. $MISHKIT utility is planned (starting with JACK OF ALL TRADES platform integration) and is not a promise of value.
